Std 11 Online Admission Process 2025-26
Registration Dates: 19th May to 28th May 2025
Key Steps for Online Application
1. Registration
- Visit the Std 11 Admission Portal
- Click on "Student Registration"
- Select your options:
- 10th School Area (Within Maharashtra or Outside Maharashtra)
- Applicant Status (Fresher, Repeater, or Previously Passed)
- Board (SSC, CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, NIOS, or Others)
- Enter your 10th Seat Number and Mother’s Name, then click "Verify"
- Provide your Email, Mobile Number, Security Question, and Password
- Note: Login ID and Password will be sent via SMS
2. Filling Part-1 (Personal Details)
- Log in using your Registration ID and Password
- SSC students: Details will be auto-filled (check for correctness)
- Other Board and Repeater students: Enter details manually
- Upload required documents (file size limit: 1MB each):
- 10th Marksheet
- School Leaving Certificate
- Aadhaar Card
- Caste/Income Certificate (if applicable)
- Document Verification:
- Auto-verification for SSC students
- Other students must visit the guidance center for verification
3. Filling Part-2 (College Preferences)
- After successful Part-1 verification, proceed to fill preferences
- Select your preferred:
- Stream (Science, Commerce, Arts, Vocational)
- Medium of Instruction (Marathi, English, Urdu, etc.)
- Choose 1 to 10 colleges in order of preference
- Consider previous cut-offs, college distance, fees, and facilities
- Lock your preferences before 28th May
4. Important Notes
- Your locked preferences will remain the same in all regular rounds
- For special rounds, you must re-register your consent
- Admission Rules:
- If allotted your first preference, you must take admission
- Cancelling admission after allotment disqualifies you from future rounds
- Documents to carry at the time of admission:
- Original 10th Marksheet and Leaving Certificate
- Two Passport Size Photos
- Aadhaar Card and Caste Certificate (if applicable)
5. Schedule
- Registration and Preference Filling: 19th May to 28th May 2025
- Merit List: Will be declared after registration closes
- Special Rounds: Consent is required for each special round
6. Avoid Common Mistakes
- Choosing the incorrect order of college preferences
- Skipping document verification (especially for non-SSC students)
- Not checking previous year cut-off trends
